Rashard is the owner/stylist of RVM Salons/Cutz/Twist/Overflow. With many salons and other entities under his belt in such a short period of time Rashard is passionate about growing and building but most importantly the integrity of his establishments for exceptional service. Rashard vision was to create a salon environment where clients feel welcomed and stylists appreciated & thus far he has achieved his goal. A professional stylist for a few years, Rashard use hair as his canvas, bringing a distinctive aesthetic and fresh approach to draw out each client’s unique beauty. “Hair is my art and I love the process of transforming someone from start to finish.”
